Accountabilities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects within the assigned geographic territory through research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Conduct regular in-person visits with prospective customers to build relationships, understand organizational needs, and identify growth opportunities. Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, revenue targets, and booking objectives through consistent execution and pipeline management. Present tailored product solutions that clearly communicate business value and return on investment to prospective customers. Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the buying process. Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within Salesforce CRM. Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, customer success, implementation, and sales leadership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies. Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the sales organization. Requirements 3–5+ years of successful experience in business development, account executive, or SaaS sales roles. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales targets and revenue goals. Experience selling software or technology solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment. Ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution. Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer interactions. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities. Proficiency with business productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Knowledge of or experience working within the faith-based or nonprofit sector is considered an advantage. Benefits Competitive compensation package with a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 USD and on-target earnings (OTE) of $131,500–$160,000 USD .
