Accountabilities: As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and building long-term customer relationships. You will combine prospecting, strategic selling, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue objectives and support market expansion. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects while owning sales activities from initial outreach through contract execution and closing. Identify new opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and relationship-building within assigned territories. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to communicate value propositions and business impact. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders while understanding their operational challenges and goals. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, revenue objectives, and booking goals. Manage complex sales cycles, including prospect qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract completion. Maintain accurate pipeline records, customer interactions, and engagement activities within CRM systems. Collaborate with sales development, marketing, customer success, implementation, and partner teams to execute growth initiatives. Provide market feedback and insights to identify new opportunities, improve sales strategies, and strengthen competitive positioning. Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to effectively position solutions. Support successful customer onboarding by ensuring expectations established during the sales process are aligned with delivery teams. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business, manage complex sales cycles, and build trusted customer relationships. You should combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset. 3–5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or solution-based selling environments. Proven track record in new business development, pipeline generation, and consistently achieving revenue targets. Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management processes. Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence decision-makers and communicate complex solutions clearly. Experience with consultative selling and managing multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities and manage a large prospect portfolio. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience selling into community-focused organizations or similar sectors is a plus. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, and presentation software. Benefits: Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $60,000–$80,000 USD plus variable compensation, for a total estimated OTE of $131,500–$160,000 USD .
