Accountabilities: As an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, you will support the execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns while ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. You will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to campaign reporting, performance analysis, and client success. Support the planning and implementation of paid social campaigns, including campaign objectives, timelines, organization, reporting, and progress tracking. Collect, analyze, and process campaign performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Manage project workflows and priorities to ensure timely delivery of campaign activities. Prepare clear and effective internal and external communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client goals and campaign execution. Maintain working knowledge of Meta Ads and paid social media best practices. Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for optimization. Conduct regular campaign health checks and pacing updates to monitor performance. Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and developments within the paid social landscape. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a motivated and analytical professional with an interest in digital advertising and a desire to develop expertise in paid social media. You should be comfortable working with data, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with teams in a dynamic environment. Minimum of 6 months of experience working with Meta Ads. Strong interest in learning and mastering paid social platforms. Previous experience in a production-focused, coordination, marketing, or similar role. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. Experience using spreadsheet functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns. High level of organization, independence, curiosity, and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and grow responsibilities. Passion for staying current with marketing trends and digital advertising innovations.
