Accelerator Program - UX Researcher (Non-technical)

Accountabilities Evaluate product functionality and user journeys from a customer perspective to identify opportunities for improving the overall experience. Provide user experience reports and actionable feedback to support product teams in optimizing workflows and features. Assist with onboarding-related challenges by helping identify and resolve issues faced by new users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, communicate findings, and contribute to product improvement initiatives. Support research activities by analyzing user feedback, documenting observations, and highlighting potential areas for enhancement. Participate in team discussions, knowledge-sharing activities, and professional development opportunities throughout the accelerator program. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and available to work full-time for a 6-month fixed-term program. Strong interest in UX research, user experience, digital products, and customer-focused solutions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand user needs and translate observations into actionable insights. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders in a global environment. Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.
