Job Description As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Engineering department is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support and expand our globally distributed team. Together with the rest of the team, we are responsible for the availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response of our cloud-based services. You could be the next "Nozomier"! In This Role You Will: Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust Build and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure and related services Build solutions to enhance the availability, performance and stability of our services Promote and implement automated solutions across application deployment, maintenance, and operational activities Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, from network and OS to applications Performance tuning and optimization of cloud services, including cost saving strategies Drive post-incident analysis according to our no-blame culture Participate in periodic on-call duties Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols To Be Successful In This Opportunity, You Will Have: Proven professional experience as SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineer Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS) Good knowledge and understanding of at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go) Experience defining infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Experience in the definition of CI/CD pipelines using technologies like Jenkins, GHA, or similar Demonstrable experience of using AI‑enabled tools as part of day‑to‑day work activities to improve efficiency, quality, or decision‑making. Ability to work effectively with AI‑assisted tools while applying sound professional judgement and accountability for outputs.
