They are looking for engineers who enjoy building end-to-end systems and can balance pragmatism with strong engineering discipline. They use modern tooling and AI-assisted development, but candidates should have a strong track record of software engineering experience, and solid architectural judgment to focus on long-term maintainability. Responsibilities Design and build frontend architecture for UX-heavy applications Develop and maintain backend services and APIs Drive workflow automation and system integration initiatives Integrate and improve AI-assisted engineering workflows Contribute to distributed systems and DLT-related components Participate in platform architecture and product design decisions Who you are Several years of experience building production-grade software systems Hands-on experience with technologies including Spring Boot, and Python, TypeScript/React, Kotlin Experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively, with a clear understanding of their strengths and limitations Ability to apply clean architecture principles pragmatically, knowing when to prioritise structure versus speed Strong understanding of SOLID and clean code principles If you're interested, please apply with your updated CV.
