About the job Date Posted: 2026-06-11 Country: Poland Location: PL-18-RZESZOW-120 B05 ~ Ul Hetmanska 120 ~ BLDG B05 Position Role Type: Remote What You Will Do * Serve as a leader in the Enterprise Architecture (EA) organization, responsible for shaping and advancing Pratt & Whitney’s technology landscape. Develop and deliver critical elements of the enterprise architecture strategy, including target-state architectures and 3–5 year modernization roadmaps across applications, data/analytics, integration/API, and business architecture domains. Translate functional strategy into operational architecture plans for major platforms and programs (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, Contract Lifecycle Management, Customer Data Platform). Support enterprise data architecture direction, including the definition and use of ontologies, semantic models, and knowledge graphs to improve data interoperability and analytics readiness. Provide strong leadership and technical direction to business and technology teams, particularly solution architects, and developing and communicating architecture guidance aligned with enterprise standards. Advise and brief executive leadership on architecture decisions, risks, trade-offs, and investment options using clear, business-oriented communication. Act as a thought leader across P&W’s technical platform areas, offering global guidance on best practices and influencing adoption of modern architecture standards and technologies. Solve undefined, complex, cross-functional architecture challenges spanning legacy and modern systems. Qualifications You Must Have * 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, including work as a senior solution architect and/or enterprise architect leading major systems. 6+ years as an enterprise-level business, information, process, or technology architect. Experience implementing global architecture processes and using modern frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), including development of governance and standards. Demonstrated success leading architecture for large-scale transformation programs in industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing environments. Knowledge and experience working in Agile teams, Jira issue decomposition and organization, and participation in retrospectives and demos/reviews. Proven ability to provide strategic technical leadership and influence long-term (3+ year) technology strategies in virtual or distributed environments. Strong experience in process mapping, architectural modeling, and process optimization for digital transformation initiatives. Experience and knowledge in data architecture, ontologies, and knowledge graphs, including structuring data for enterprise interoperability and analytics use cases. Exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to produce clear, concise business documentation and recommendations. Ability to work effectively in complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environments. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills. Self-starter with confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation. Language Requirements This position requires strong English proficiency to read technical documentation and to communicate effectively with global customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
