Join Our Team as a (Senior) Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)
As a (Senior) Cloud Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will play a critical role in protecting sensitive healthcare data and maintaining the trust of our users. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and manage robust cloud and security solutions that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
Design & Operate Cloud Infrastructure: Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments (primarily AWS; experience with other providers is a plus).
Drive Security Excellence: Implement and enforce security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management.
Automate & Optimize: Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Monitoring & Incident Response: Implement observability solutions (e.g., Datadog) to ensure system reliability, performance, and fast incident resolution.
Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to integrate cloud and security solutions seamlessly into our platform.
Proactively Improve Systems: Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance reliability, security, and performance.
What You’ll Need
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Terraform)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Solid understanding of cloud security principles
Fluent English (written and spoken)
A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
