At ROSEN, AI is moving from concept to production, and the foundation that makes this possible is the platform our teams rely on every day. We are building an internal platform designed to deploy, operate, and scale AI-generated applications running in production. These applications rely on advanced AI pipelines and are deployed in a corporate Azure environment with strong network constraints. The platform must be scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready by design. We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to play a key role in building and operating this platform, with a strong focus on GitOps, infrastructure control planes, and cloud-native automation. As part of the AI Empowerment Team, you will actively contribute to platform architecture, infrastructure abstractions, and long-term scalability, making sure our AI ambitions land on a solid technical foundation. It is a hands-on builder position for someone who is passionate about platform engineering, automation and the impact created when great infrastructure unlocks great products. Responsibilities Design, build, and operate a platform capable of deploying and managing 60+ AI-driven applications in production Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring consistent and repeatable delivery across the platform Operate GitOps-based delivery workflows with ArgoCD, from structure and governance to day-to-day reliability Manage artifacts, container images, and dependencies using Artifactory Design and operate infrastructure using Terraform and Crossplane, including Azure resource provisioning, declarative Git-driven infrastructure lifecycle, and platform abstractions for application and AI teams Make the platform production-ready by driving reliability and availability, environment consistency, and observability and operational stability Handle complex Azure networking within a corporate context, including on-prem / Azure network peering, private endpoints, routing, DNS, and security constraints Work closely with AI engineers, software engineers, and security teams to align infrastructure capabilities with application and compliance needs Serve as an internal advocate for production-grade engineering, ensuring that velocity is always paired with reliability and alignment to ROSEN's values What you will bring The right person for this role thinks in systems, is energized by automation and repeatability, andt akes pride in building infrastructure that other teams can rely o without thinking about it. Concretely, you should bring: Strong, hands-on experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer in production environments, you have run real systems at scale Proven expertise with Azure and Kubernetes(AKS) in demanding production contexts Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CDpipelines), ArgoCD and GitOps principles,Terraform, and Crossplane Solid understanding of cloud networking, especially in constrained or corporate environments Demonstrated ability to design systems meant to scale across dozens of applications, with clear abstractions for the teams who consume them A production mindset, reliability, automation, repeatability, and maintainability are second nature Nicetohave Exposure to AI/ML platforms or data-intensive workloads SREpractices: monitoring, alerting, incident response Experience working in industrial or engineering-driven organizations with strong security and compliance requirements What we offer We offer you an exciting and varied task in a highly interesting and international environment with appropriate resources.
