We are looking for an SAP FICO Architect to join a large-scale SAP retail transformation program delivering B2C and B2B rollouts across multiple global markets. In this role, you will focus on shaping and governing tax-related financial processes within a complex, omnichannel retail environment. You will work with advanced SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Retail and SAP CAR, contributing to global template design and multi-country deployments. This is a client-facing opportunity where your expertise will ensure compliance, consistency, and seamless integration across finance and retail systems. You’ll collaborate with international teams in a hybrid landscape that includes both SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.

Responsibilities
Define and govern tax architecture within SAP FI across the program landscape
Ensure compliance and consistency of tax processes across multiple markets and rollouts
Support integration of tax-related processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, and connected systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and solution architects to gather and refine requirements
Provide expert guidance on tax configuration, process design, and issue resolution
Support rollout activities while ensuring adherence to global templates and localization needs
Contribute to resolving cross-system issues in a hybrid SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environment
Requirements
7+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a strong focus on SAP FI Tax configuration and architecture
Solid knowledge of global tax processes within multi-country environments
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes
Understanding of system integrations across finance, retail, and logistics domains
Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and business stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and architectural problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills in client-facing roles
English proficiency at a B2+ level
