About the job Incident Management / Reliability / SRE Evaluator Role Summary Evaluate incident management, reliability engineering, and site reliability deliverables for technical accuracy, operational rigor, and presentation quality. Apply domain expertise to assess outputs and provide structured evaluations against defined standards. Deliverables Evaluate incident reports, operational documents, spreadsheets, and presentations against quality rubrics Review reliability, availability, and service performance analyses for accuracy and completeness Identify technical, procedural, and presentation-related errors Assess incident management documentation, root cause analyses, and operational readouts Provide structured written feedback and scoring on deliverables Requirements Expertise in incident management, reliability engineering, and site reliability engineering (SRE) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Slides Ability to review operational documentation, spreadsheets, and presentation materials Professional fluency in English Details Job Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $80-$120 per hour Work Setup: Remote Easy Apply to proceed.
