Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in software development, preferably in open-source environments. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java. Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting. Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components in alignment with project requirements and industry best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions. Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the broader community to promote best practices and knowledge sharing. Implement automated testing and continuous integration processes to streamline development workflows. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and project outcomes. Document technical specifications, system designs, and user guides to facilitate team understanding and future maintenance.
