About this role
The Software Engineer will join the PCA x SIO squad, working on both connected asset management and streamlined internal operations. Responsibilities include building and evolving the Salesforce platform using Apex and Flows, developing TypeScript services like the Orchestrator and CPO Gateway, and working on Python services for billing and FABS migration. Mission
About the squad: PCA x SIO
Our product organisation is built around verticals. This squad covers two of them.
- PCA (Profitable Connected Assets): everything that happens once a charger is installed and connected. Commissioning and connectivity reliability, session data, the driver apps, billing of sessions and subscriptions, integration with CPO platforms like Ampeco and be.energised, SEPA and ad-hoc payments, Advenir subsidy flows, and the value-added services we sell on the connected fleet.
- SIO (Streamlined Internal Operations): the systems our own teams run on. Purchasing and supplier flows, logistics and stock management, plus the customer support and administration tooling used by our teams across 8 countries.

- Part of a tech team of ~20 engineers across 4 squads
What You Will Do
- Build and evolve our Salesforce platform (Apex, Flows), which holds the CRM and most operational processes
- Develop and maintain our TypeScript services: the Orchestrator and the CPO Gateway
- Work on the Python services behind ChargeGuru billing and the FABS migration
- Contribute to the .NET stack used for consumption data reporting
- Maintain the PHP SEPA Mandate page used by ChargeGuru customers
- Turn product requirements into production-ready solutions with the squad's PMs
- Write clean, tested code and review other people's
- Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent) daily

Profil
🔎 What We’re Looking For
Education and experience
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 0 to 10+ years of experience. Scope and compensation are calibrated accordingly
- A GitHub profile or portfolio counts as much as a diploma
- Proficiency in at least one of our core languages: TypeScript, Python, Apex/Java or C#/.NET
- Object-oriented programming, data modelling and API design
- AI proficiency: developing with agents is your day to day. You are used to working on multiple features in parallel across multiple agent sessions
- GitHub proficiency and code review culture
- Autonomy and a bias for action
- Working French and English
- Salesforce or Apex experience
- Billing, payments or subscription systems (SEPA, invoicing, metered usage)
- IoT or connected devices, OCPP, energy-sector platforms
- Large data migrations
- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or another cloud provider
- Agile practices
- Broad scope: CRM, payment flows, IoT connectivity and internal ops tooling, often in the same quarter
- The squad ships to production on its own, without handoffs
