Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AWS Platform Engineer, based in Zurich with some flexibility for remote work. The AWS Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable AWS infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance. Key tasks include troubleshooting cloud systems, contributing to infrastructure as code, and optimizing platform performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud solutions will also be a critical component of the role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Infrastructure and AWS platform management
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud environment issues
Understanding of Databases and database management
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Relevant AWS certifications and experience with compliance frameworks are a plus
