About the job We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements, existing contact center architecture, and AI readiness. Conduct data readiness assessments to evaluate data quality, accessibility, structure, and governance. Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect. Architect Agent-to-Agent communication patterns for multi-agent workflows. Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions. Provide prescriptive guidance for production readiness and document implementation patterns. What You'll Need Experience within specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering. Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures. Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders. Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and database schema. Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud. Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, including model invocation, agent creation, knowledge base configuration, and guardrails.
